These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via the website of Gracewood London, located at Oeverloper 9, 8532 BG Lemmer, the Netherlands, reachable via support@gracewoodlondon.com.


1. Applicability

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions, our Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.


2. Product Information

We make every effort to describe our products accurately and to keep all information up to date. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device. Typographical errors, pricing errors, or inaccuracies may occasionally occur; no rights can be derived from such errors.


3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are processed only upon receipt of full payment. The available payment methods ([Payment Providers]) may vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available in their location.


4. Processing and Delivery

  • Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 3 business days.
  • Shipping time after dispatch: 1 to 7 business days, depending on location.
  • Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China; customs charges may apply upon delivery to the UK.
  • All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by high demand, public holidays, or customs procedures do not entitle the customer to cancellation or a refund, except where required by law.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving a reason. Please contact us at support@gracewoodlondon.com to exercise this right before initiating a chargeback or refund request through your bank or payment provider.


6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping where tracking confirms that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. In all other cases, our liability is limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the item in question. Please always check your delivery address carefully before placing an order.

Please note: nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

All content on this website — including text, photographs, logos, and design — is the property of Gracewood London and may not be used without prior written consent.


8. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted in writing to support@gracewoodlondon.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. When submitting a complaint regarding size or quality, please always include clear photographs and a description of the issue.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133.


9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
