Payment Policy

At Gracewood London we offer a variety of payment methods. Please note that available methods may vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking which options are available to them.
1. Available Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

2. Security
All payments are processed via a secure SSL connection by our payment providers. Your full payment details are never stored on our own servers. Our payment providers are compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
3. Payment Processing
Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully completed in full.
4. Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund (for example, following an approved return), the amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt and approval of the returned item, via the original payment method.
Please note: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you cancel your order within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, we are required to issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that the item has been returned, whichever is earlier.
